We’re looking for a field trainer who:

• Is personable, with excellent social/people skills.
• Possess the hunger to be great and don’t want to settle for being average.
• Are self-motivated and regimented.
• Has sales experience
• Has an athlete's mentality and work ethic.
• Has the ability to motivate and inspire those around them.
• Work well with others in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius of the office.
• Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
• Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.
